Allstar prepares a quotation outlining the equipment, rental period, support services and applicable delivery or labour charges.

Once the quotation and rental requirements are approved, the equipment is reserved for the agreed rental period.

Equipment Preparation
Our team prepares, tests and packages the equipment before pickup or delivery.

Pickup or Delivery
The equipment is released according to the agreed schedule, identification requirements and transportation arrangements.

Return and Check-In
Equipment must be returned at the agreed time and in the condition in which it was supplied. Allstar checks the returned equipment and identifies any missing or damaged items.

Rental Responsibilities and Requirements
Professional production equipment requires appropriate transportation, setup, operation and care. Certain items may only be released to qualified customers or may require delivery and setup by Allstar personnel.
Rental requirements vary according to the equipment, rental value, application and customer account.
Valid commercial liability certificate or rental deposit required for dry rentals.
Touring trusses, high-tonnage hoists, and 3-phase distros require ticketed riggers/electricians.
24/7 on-call technical telephone support included for all active productions.

Support may include equipment selection, system preparation, basic orientation, delivery, setup, testing, on-site technicians and production operators.
