On behalf of the 1,300 employees and the entire leadership team at Dell Edmonton, we want to commend you and your amazing crew for pulling off a miracle in the snow and cold of late November so we could have all our employees meet with our company’s chairman and founder, Michael Dell, in a huge tent behind our building. Everyone we turned to in Edmonton said it couldn’t be done – and you and your team proved them wrong! Braving extreme record low temperatures and drifting snow that drove even the hardiest construction workers indoors for almost a week, your put up a giant 50X120-foot tent, kept the heaters working overtime and gave us a safe and comfortable venue where no one else could or would on November 29. Combined with a great staging, sound and lighting set-up second-to-none, your efforts allowed our time with Michael Dell to be the highlight of our year.

Thank you for your incredible, uncomplaining “can-do” positive attitude, for solving problems continually as they came on in a stream, for motivating your team to do their best despite incredible odds, and thereby allowing us to have the event we had dreamed of for months. It was a home run and a hat trick all rolled into one, for which we are deeply grateful and which we will not forget for some time to come. We look forward to working with you again on future large events and heartily recommend your highly professional and motivated crew to any other potential customers. The Ford World Men’s Curling Championship

Allstar was extremely professional and provided the very best equipment for audio, lighting and video required for the various venues associated with the Worlds. This included the Keith’s Patch, Canada Club, Opening Banquet, Sponsors Reception, Closing Banquet and Volunteer Recognition Party. Another notable was the move of the Patch venue half way through the event to increase capacity for spectators. The move was seamless and Allstar was a partner in that happening. Your willingness to attend pre-event meetings and offer suggestions was helpful. Your ability to work with the various committee members and other contractors made set-up, the event and tear down easy for all parties involved.
